Jordan and Ian met in a Calculus 3 class at Florida State University in 2012 and have been building software for the people who run real operations ever since. The team that builds the product is the team that answers when you call.
Jordan Harris
Co-Founder
Jordan grew up in his uncle's service company, doing everything from IT to billing to riding along with technicians to learn what they actually needed from their software. He has spent over a decade building software shoulder to shoulder with the people who run on it, and brings that operator's perspective to every screen in Aurantium.
Ian Barrick
Co-Founder
Ian grew up programming, building things on a computer long before he knew it would become a career. As the architect behind Aurantium, he designs the systems that businesses trust their operations to every day: the data model, the audit and traceability spine, and the infrastructure that keeps it all fast and reliable.
Dick Citron
Mentor
Dick has been building business software since the early 1980s, across retail, lumberyards, field service, trucking and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Aurantium traces its lineage to that last one: his pharmaceutical manufacturing system is the software Aurantium was loosely modeled on, rebuilt from the ground up.
He has mentored Jordan and Ian since their earliest days in business, through customer introductions and regular calls passing down decades of accumulated business knowledge. His defining lesson shapes how Aurantium works to this day: be more than a developer. Know the business as well as the customer does, so you can consult on the process alongside the software. He remains an active mentor to the team.

Ben Novak
Legal Counsel
Ben is an attorney with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius and a graduate of William & Mary Law School, with deep experience in early-stage technology transactions and financing.
An active angel investor in early-stage technology companies, he understands software businesses from both sides of the table, and keeps Aurantium's legal footing as solid as its audit trail.
